Processing Times

Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address used at checkout.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During busy seasons or product launches, this may extend to 5–7 business days.

Please note: shipping timeframes start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place your order. The estimates shown at checkout are calculated by a third-party app and don’t include processing times.

Made-To-Order, Pre-Order & Personalized Items

These products have their own production timeframes listed in their individual product descriptions or by contacting directly.

If your order contains one of these items, your full order will ship together once it’s ready.

Free Shipping 

All orders from 60 Eur and more are eligible for free shipping. Discount Will be applied automatically at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We ship all Latvian orders via Latvian Post (a carbon-neutral courier) with free tracking.

Your tracking link will be emailed once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and estimated shipping costs You can check out here:

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees and any import taxes or duties required by their country.

Once your order leaves the EVESA design workshop, it’s in the hands of the courier. For tracking updates, you’ll need to contact them directly.

While we pack your order with care, EVESA design can’t be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.
